Overview
The Data Analytics MI Transformation Lead will be responsible for guiding the migration of data analytics tools from Alteryx and Tableau to Snowflake and Omni. Collaborating closely with the Head of Data Platforms and Engineering, this role aims to revamp the management information capabilities to align with future business demands, ensuring a seamless transition while minimizing legacy system dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from Alteryx and Tableau to Snowflake and Omni.
- Collaborate with the Head of Data Platforms and Engineering and other stakeholders.
- Assess current analytics tools and define a target approach for migration.
- Prioritize and execute the migration plan while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Reengineer management information capabilities to meet business needs.
- Automate and optimize processes using new tooling where applicable.
- Deliver organizational change and tangible outcomes throughout the transition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading migration projects for data analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake, and Omni technologies.
- Ability to assess and redesign management information capabilities.
- Proficiency in documenting and executing strategic plans.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering organizational change.
- Experience in reengineering business processes and enhancing team dynamics.
