Overview
The Digital Content Manager will play a key role in overseeing the development and maintenance of the organization's website and intranet, ensuring high-quality content is created and optimized for diverse audiences. This hybrid position involves collaboration with senior management, the media and PR teams, and various stakeholders to enhance digital communications while upholding organizational priorities and policies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior management to manage and optimize the website and content.
- Research and enhance web strategies effectively.
- Audit website activities and report findings using the Drupal platform.
- Produce monthly performance reports based on analytics and forecasts.
- Manage and develop the internal staff intranet for better engagement.
- Drive user awareness and interaction across the organization.
- Liaise with stakeholders on website and intranet performance and content.
- Ensure compliance of website and intranet with IT policies and provide training as needed.
