Overview
We are seeking a Contract Business Analyst who holds current valid and transferrable Security Clearance for an exciting project in a hybrid working arrangement based in Bristol. The role involves engaging in model definition, consulting in change-heavy environments, and contributing to strategic deliverables over an initial three-month term, with the potential for extension. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with various technical teams to enhance business operations and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements.
- Utilize modeling tools such as BPMN 2.0 and UML for process design.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive strategic deliverables.
- Implement automation and AI solutions to streamline business analysis tasks.
- Produce and maintain documentation using analytical tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Manage project workflows and communication through Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Support the integration of platforms, including ServiceNow and Halo, into business operations.
Requirements
- Must possess valid and transferrable Security Clearance.
- Demonstrable experience in operating model definition and implementation.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, UML, and other modeling techniques.
- Experience with automation tools including low-code/no-code solutions.
- Familiarity with analytics and documentation tools such as Miro, Figma, and Visio.
- Experience in consulting or change-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of project management and collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to contribute to strategic deliverables such as business cases and operating models.
