Overview
We are seeking an experienced UAT Manager to lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for a significant transformation programme. The role involves coordinating with business stakeholders and UAT testers to ensure the successful execution of tests from planning through to sign-off. This position, which requires occasional travel to Milton Keynes, calls for a strong background in UAT governance and familiarity with automated testing practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UAT delivery for strategic projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and UAT testers.
- Ensure successful execution of tests through to sign-off.
- Manage UAT governance, planning, and defect management.
- Support business readiness activities throughout the testing phase.
- Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team on testing practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end UAT delivery on complex change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading UAT teams and coordinating business users.
- Solid understanding of test governance and release readiness.
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks and environments.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Proficiency in Jira for test and defect management.
- Experience in Logistics or Manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
