Overview
We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to contribute to an AI-driven transformation program by working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The primary focus of this role is to translate business requirements into high-quality AI prompts and workflows, ensuring that AI outputs meet business needs with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into effective prompts, instructions, and AI workflows.
- Design, optimise, and refine prompts to improve output quality and consistency.
- Test and evaluate AI responses, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Apply best practices around LLM behaviour, guardrails, and hallucination management.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code.
- Proven background in prompt engineering, prompt design, and optimisation.
- Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLM behaviour, guardrails, and output quality management.
- Experience testing and refining prompts to improve accuracy and reliability.
