Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to support a significant transformation programme within a Housing Association. The contractor will manage a major project while providing oversight for additional initiatives, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder engagement across various workstreams. This role is remote-first with occasional travel to London or Bradford required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a strategic transformation project from initiation through to completion.
- Provide oversight and support to Project Managers of two related projects.
- Establish and maintain governance processes across the project portfolio.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and milestones within the projects.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful programme outcomes.
- Report on progress, risks, and deliverables to senior leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with Programme Management capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering transformation programmes in Housing Associations or the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of property functions including responsive repairs, asset management, and property compliance.
- Familiarity with the "Big 6" compliance workstreams and their associated service contracts.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a governance structure.
