Overview
We are seeking a PMO Consultant with a strong background in healthcare transformations to support a consultancy focused on modernising services within the public and private health sectors. The role will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders to maintain project documentation and ensure effective governance throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to improved quality, cost management, and patient experiences. This is a contract position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring on-site presence for two days per week in or around London, starting mid-October for a duration of two months.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and key PMO documentation.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across NHS workstreams.
- Produce clear status reports and updates for senior stakeholders and programme boards.
- Support governance meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are captured and followed through.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant with PMO experience in NHS programmes.
- Consulting background is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare transformations, particularly delivering digital programmes.
