Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to support a global client in transitioning from program mode to business as usual (BAU), while effectively managing the project's backlog. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive end-to-end Salesforce program experience and will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage project backlog and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Facilitate the transition from program operations to BAU.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
- Lead regular meetings to discuss project status and issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities.
- Ability to work onsite in London at least twice a week.
- Experience with managing project backlogs and prioritization.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Prior experience in a business analyst role is a plus.
