Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead for a significant Learning Management System (LMS) replacement programme within the pharmaceutical industry. In this senior role, you will oversee the technology workstream, ensuring successful delivery through all phases including platform implementation, data migration, and validation. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will focus on aligning technology delivery with business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance in a GxP environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery for the enterprise LMS replacement programme.
- Own the integrated technology delivery plan, roadmap, and critical path.
- Manage delivery across platform configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing.
- Embed GxP validation and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including testing and defect management.
- Partner with Quality, Compliance, and Validation teams to ensure audit readiness.
- Oversee internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improved operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technology programme delivery within pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
- Strong background in implementing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven track record in delivering validated GxP-compliant systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) procedures.
- Experience with regulatory inspection and compliance requirements.
- Significant expertise in leading complex global technology transformations.
- Capacity to manage supplier and third-party implementation partners effectively.
- Ability to operate in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
