Overview
The Product & Account Lead will play a crucial role in managing the biotech account at Oxford Dynamics, driving the relationship with clients and overseeing product development. Responsibilities
- Own the Biotech Account and act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Manage client expectations and scope, ensuring clear communication and regular updates.
- Oversee the delivery of products into the account, tracking performance and satisfaction.
- Lead the internal team, guiding priorities and maintaining project momentum.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product roadmaps and coordinate across functions.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account to increase adoption and revenue.
- Manage project plans, risks, and changes to deliver on time and within budget.
- Run Agile ceremonies, producing reports for clients and leadership to streamline communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing AI projects with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of owning client relationships with commercial accountability.
- Background in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, with familiarity in client needs.
- Experience translating market demands into product priorities for engineering teams.
- Ability to lead technical teams and make trade-off discussions with engineers.
- Proficiency with AI and software stacks, including familiarity with data pipelines and relevant technologies.
- Strong skills in scope and budget management, with a focus on milestones and change control.
- Self-directed and comfortable in unstructured environments without predefined processes.
