Overview
The Oracle Cloud HCM Change Manager will engage in a 6-month transformation programme, primarily focusing on driving organizational change and enhancing stakeholder engagement within Oracle Cloud HCM. The role involves collaborating with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful user adoption and a smooth transition to new HCM processes and systems. This hybrid position requires in-person work in London three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on change management activities for the Oracle Cloud HCM transformation programme.
- Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to assess impacts and enhance user adoption.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and change materials to facilitate successful implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, monitor user adoption, and ensure seamless transitions to new HCM processes and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Change Manager or Change Lead in full-lifecycle implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in organizational change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and HR processes as well as the implications of cloud transformations.
- Experience in developing change strategies, training programmes, and business readiness plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the capability to work independently in a hands-on role.
