Overview
We are seeking a Senior Freelance UX Designer to contribute to a transformative B2C tech platform during a key project in Q4. The contractor will work directly with the Senior Product Manager and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to address critical app conversion and user trust challenges. This role offers the opportunity to redesign user education and conversion journeys within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a conceptual UX partner to address app conversion challenges.
- Redesign user education and core conversion journeys to simplify high-friction funnels.
- Conduct user research and wireframing to inform design decisions.
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate and iterate on design solutions.
- Experiment with innovative strategies, including AI tools, to enhance design processes.
- Focus on building trust and effectively communicating product value to drive conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing high-conversion consumer mobile applications.
- Deep expertise in user research, wireframing, and interactive Figma prototyping.
- Strong collaborative skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience simplifying complex user journeys and addressing user education.
- High proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, and familiarity with Linear, Slack, and Braze.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, and agile working environment.
