The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in moving the organization from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Responsibilities

  • Own and model the end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process, from customer order through fulfilment, invoicing, payment and reconciliation.
  • Map and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for standardisation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and other business functions to drive agreement on future processes.
  • Identify opportunities to remove manual/paper-based activities and simplify processes.
  • Support process governance, documentation, change impact assessments, data requirements and operational readiness throughout the programme.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, functional consultants, developers and project teams to ensure effective translation of business processes into the ERP solution.
  • Contribute to the wider Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation, including requirements management and process design.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Process Modeller or Business Process Consultant.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and documenting end-to-end business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation or process improvement programmes.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience producing As-Is/To-Be process maps, functional specifications and business process documentation.
  • Structured analytical approach with confidence to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or within complex global organizations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP platforms is advantageous but not essential.
