Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Process Analyst to join a significant finance transformation programme focused on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this hybrid position, you will collaborate with finance, technology, and operational stakeholders to design and standardize future-state finance processes across a global organization, ensuring effective ERP adoption and improved controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to capture and document current and future-state finance processes.
- Design and optimize end-to-end finance processes in alignment with business objectives and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support system configuration activities.
- Identify and manage programme risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
- Coordinate deliverables across finance, technology, and transformation workstreams.
- Support finance master data design, governance, and migration activities.
- Develop and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, addressing defects until resolution.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with target operating models and transformation objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Finance Process Analysis, Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or Finance Change roles.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central.
- Familiarity with finance master data management and migration activities.
- Ability to create process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes, including General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Data Governance.
- Desirable: Previous experience in finance transformation or ERP-led change programmes, especially in complex, multi-country organizations.
