The role of a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Commercial Manager is critical for driving the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across the Northwest. Responsibilities
- Manage cost control and reporting for infrastructure schemes.
- Oversee subcontractor management and change management processes.
- Conduct monthly valuations and financial assessments.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS in civil engineering, water, or infrastructure sectors.
- Background working with main contractors on major projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK driver's licence.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in commercial management processes and reporting.
