Overview
The Oracle Data Warehouse Developer will play a crucial role in a large-scale Government project, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Data Warehouse solutions. Collaborating with a team of IT professionals, the contractor will utilize their expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) to enhance data integration and analytics capabilities. The position requires active SC Security Clearance and offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for both remote and on-site collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle Data Warehouse solutions, including data modeling and integration.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) mappings for ETL processes.
- Create and design RPD Repository in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Implement and manage OAS security, including user roles and data-level security.
- Develop reports and dashboards in OAS to meet business analytics needs.
- Provide production support for existing live OAS, ODI, and data warehouse objects.
- Resolve data, ETL, and reporting issues to ensure system stability.
- Perform performance tuning of RPD objects, ODI mappings, queries, and reports.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Oracle Data Warehouse solutions.
- Experience with OAS security management including roles and data-level security.
- Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards in Oracle Analytics.
- Knowledge of Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) design and implementation is advantageous.
- Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
- Prior experience in ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
