Overview
The Freelance Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for managing the complete video production process, from initial concept to final output, while collaborating closely with the Creative Director. This role offers a chance to work on diverse projects across hybrid, studio, and on-location settings, making a significant impact on visual storytelling for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end video production cycle across varied client briefs.
- Direct and capture high-quality footage on location and in the studio.
- Assemble and lead external production crews for larger projects.
- Edit, grade, and animate short- and long-form video content.
- Develop custom motion graphics and enhance existing visual assets.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to explore innovative creative treatments.
- Integrate modern production tools into daily workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer, filmmaker, or motion designer in an agency setting.
- Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, and cinematography.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for narrative editing.
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects for creating refined motion graphics.
- A comprehensive showreel showcasing visual storytelling and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities for adapting to live production changes.
- Experience with generative AI tools in creative processes is a plus.
- Experience in managing and directing freelance crews for larger projects is advantageous.
