Overview
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers with active DV Clearance to join a multidisciplinary engineering team on a major AI programme within the UK defence sector. This long-term contract role involves delivering secure, mission-critical software solutions, with a focus on utilizing modern technologies such as Python, Java, and React. The position requires four days per week on-site in London, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop secure and scalable software solutions using Python, Java, and React.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement AI and machine learning functionalities.
- Utilize cloud services such as AWS or Azure for software deployment and management.
- Manage containerized applications with Kubernetes and VMware.
- Ensure compliance with defence sector standards and practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance as needed.
Requirements
- Active UK DV Clearance is essential.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks, specifically React.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB.
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and VMware.
- Prior work in the defence sector is preferred, but not mandatory.
