Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a 6-month contract role, designed for a collaborative environment within a leading Financial Services organization. This hybrid position will involve working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver a business-critical application using modern technologies such as .Net, Azure, React, Node.js, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Corporate Governance platform from prototype to production.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Azure, React, and Node.js.
- Build, optimize, and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, ensuring performance and security.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build and maintain back-end services using Node.js.
- Deploy and support applications hosted within Azure Web Apps.
- Collaborate with Corporate Governance teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted tools to enhance engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, delivering production-ready applications.
- Strong SQL Server and Azure SQL experience, including database design and performance tuning.
- Experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development.
- Experience deploying and managing applications within Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering secure, business-critical applications.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs and semantic search.
