Overview
The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in a transformative project to implement a Skills-Based Organisation across the company. The contractor will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze large datasets, identify gaps, and communicate insights that drive organizational change. This position offers the opportunity to influence the structure of roles and capabilities within the firm through data-driven storytelling and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Identify gaps and anomalies in data related to roles and skills.
- Engage with senior business and HR stakeholders to facilitate discussions and validation.
- Translate technical findings into clear, business-relevant narratives.
- Ensure data quality and governance through a methodical approach.
- Utilize analytical tools to visualize data and present findings effectively.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience interpreting and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong knowledge of job architecture, skills frameworks, or workforce planning.
- Experience with HRIS or skills intelligence platforms is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for data storytelling.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data quality.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
