Overview
We are seeking a skilled Identity & SSO Engineer for an initial three-month contract, potentially extendable, focusing on enterprise identity and access services. This fully remote role requires a deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and SSO integrations, and will involve hands-on management and optimization of identity solutions across Microsoft and Google environments. The contractor will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable access while configuring and troubleshooting identity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access and SAML federation.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO solutions utilizing SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Manage Google Workspace administration for SAML apps and OAuth applications.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for user operations.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and DNS configurations.
- Support SSO integrations with various SaaS platforms.
- Oversee Azure service principals and application registrations.
- Produce thorough technical documentation including runbooks and handover materials.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- In-depth understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with enterprise SSO integrations and SaaS application access.
- Google Workspace Super Admin experience.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and using Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience in managing certificates and DNS records.
- Familiarity with Azure identity services.
- Desirable: Experience in domain or tenant migration projects.
