Information Technology Project Manager

Overview

The Information Technology Project Manager will lead technology-driven projects focused on consumer applications for a not-for-profit organization undergoing significant change. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure effective delivery of IT projects, enhancing both colleague and customer experiences. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, enabling flexibility between remote and on-site work in central London.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation to transition into business as usual.
  • Oversee multiple consumer app projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline project execution.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
  • Exercise vendor management to ensure project success and compliance.
  • Provide clarity and direction in dynamic project environments.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports to communicate progress to leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects from start to finish.
