Overview
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing critical projects within the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the organizational strategy. Working in a hybrid model, the Project Manager will facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including BA's, Testers, and Developers, while engaging with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. This role is instrumental in modernizing IT services and enhancing user-focused solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee critical inflight IT projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish effective project management mechanisms and documentation.
- Facilitate sprint planning meetings to align team members and stakeholders.
- Track project plans and provide status reports to ensure transparency.
- Engage and direct project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical staff and external partners to devise solutions and activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and plans.
Requirements
- Qualified in project management with experience in the project lifecycle.
- Proficient in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in running sprint planning sessions and directing teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT business projects.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with IT and business colleagues.
- Experience in delivering custom-built applications for business stakeholders.
