Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join a major implementation project. The role involves working closely with Finance stakeholders to drive process mapping and design, facilitate solution sessions, and support the delivery team. This hybrid position requires three days per week on-site in London, focusing on enhancing Finance processes and ensuring successful integration within the D365 solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and process workshops with Finance and business stakeholders.
- Own and drive the mapping and documentation of Finance processes across current and future-state environments.
- Facilitate sessions to validate requirements and align business processes with the D365 F&O solution.
- Identify and document process gaps, requirements, decisions, and actions while collaborating with functional and technical teams.
- Challenge existing processes and support the adoption of standard D365 F&O functionality.
- Produce clear, detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation using Visio.
- Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for the wider implementation team.
- Support ongoing solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with D365 Finance / Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on D365 F&O implementation projects.
- Experience working on in-flight ERP implementations within the Finance function.
- Expertise in leading solution design and process workshops.
- Proficient in Finance process mapping and modelling with Visio.
- Experience working with Finance SMEs and senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into practical D365 F&O solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
