Overview
The Transformation Delivery Lead will oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives for the R&D function of a major global pharmaceutical client, working closely with the Head of Transformation. In this contract role, the contractor will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring effective governance and delivery while engaging with senior stakeholders at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple transformation workstreams across the R&D portfolio.
- Drive delivery by managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance throughout the program.
- Engage senior stakeholders, including SVP-level clients, to maintain alignment and address delivery challenges.
- Ensure strong governance and delivery discipline across all initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant.
- Consulting background is preferred.
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering major transformation portfolios within complex organizations.
- Strong capabilities in program delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders; experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or R&D is advantageous.
