Overview
The IT Project Manager for Divestiture/Carve-Out will lead critical infrastructure projects that support corporate divestitures and carve-outs. Working primarily with technical teams and business stakeholders, the project manager will ensure that all technology separation initiatives are executed efficiently, meeting set deadlines and compliance requirements. This role is focused on delivering multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects across divestiture and carve-out programmes.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications.
- Lead separation of TSA, network, identity, tenant, server and application infrastructure.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Deliver multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong IT Infrastructure Project Management background.
- Proven experience in divestiture, carve-out, M&A or technology separation.
- Experience delivering projects to fixed Day 1 deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and programme management skills.
- Ability to operate confidently in complex, fast-paced transformation environments.
