Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple banking projects within a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and management of projects. This position is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly in Private and Retail Banking, who is adept at balancing multiple priorities and navigating complex regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple banking projects concurrently, focusing on delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to align project goals and objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in project management tailored to banking operations.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues that may impact project success.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the banking sector.
- Proven track record of managing 5 or more projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in Private Banking and Retail Banking.
- Experience with Debit and Credit Card projects.
- Knowledge of Islamic Banking and Islamic Banking Accounts is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
