Overview
We are seeking a Lead Oracle/SAP Consultant to drive a global ERP strategy focusing on Finance and HR transformation. This role entails overseeing the integration of Oracle and SAP systems while acting as a liaison between Finance, HR, and IT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead projects that aim to enhance process efficiency and standardization across operations on a remote basis.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise-wide ERP architecture strategy.
- Lead large-scale finance and HR transformation initiatives to drive efficiency.
- Provide expert functional guidance to project teams on business requirements.
- Oversee the configuration of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Manage the strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud, covering various HR functionalities.
- Lead initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Conduct comprehensive ERP assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain multi-year ERP roadmaps to prioritize initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and architecture.
- Proven experience managing both Oracle and SAP ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture and data models.
- Demonstrated success in finance and HR process re-engineering.
- Expert-level knowledge of integration platforms, such as OIC and SAP BTP.
- Strong command of Oracle Fusion ERP, Financials Cloud, HCM Cloud, S/4HANA Finance, and SuccessFactors.
- Ability to provide hands-on module configuration guidance.
