Overview
The MA&D Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for leading critical infrastructure separation and transition activities across various Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) programmes. This role requires working closely with programme leads and matrixed teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology separation milestones with minimal disruption to operations. The contractor will take ownership of project plans, manage transition service agreements (TSA), and ensure Day 1 operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure separation activities across multiple active divestiture programmes.
- Coordinate site migrations and weekend cutovers to ensure minimal business disruption.
- Drive the successful delivery of Day 1 operational readiness and critical separation milestones.
- Manage TSA infrastructure service requests, governance, and transition activities.
- Oversee the development and delivery of Statements of Work (SoWs) and manage associated actions.
- Coordinate technical resources across multiple infrastructure and support teams.
- Facilitate governance meetings and provide accurate progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery aligns with established methodologies and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable experience in leading M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and technology separation programmes.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure separation, site migrations, and Day 1 readiness.
- Experience managing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and associated governance and service requests.
- Credible technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud platforms and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience coordinating matrixed teams across various IT disciplines.
- Strong project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
