  • Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD processes and model monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and DevOps teams to ensure scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Shape architecture decisions related to ML pipelines and data flows.
  • Implement secure coding practices aligned with compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting engineering excellence and technical growth.
  • Research emerging ML techniques and tools to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on production systems.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, particularly in NLP and Computer Vision.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining MLOps pipelines for end-to-end ML processes.
  • Experience in a hybrid working environment and with collaboration across engineering teams.
  • Strong coding skills, preferably in Python or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with software engineering practices, including version control and testing frameworks.
  • Ability to influence architecture and design decisions across ML projects.
