Overview
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a remote six-month contract that provides an opportunity to work across the full stack using .NET, React, and TypeScript. The candidate will collaborate with a remote team to build and support modern software applications, making sound technical decisions while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is not open to candidates outside of the UK and will allow up to two weeks for the successful candidate to start.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of software using .NET, React, and TypeScript.
- Apply full-stack experience across relevant application layers to ensure solutions are maintainable.
- Utilize Azure experience to support cloud-based development processes.
- Work independently while remaining aligned with the team on progress and technical issues.
- Communicate clearly about ongoing development and raise issues promptly when they arise.
- Provide practical input on development approaches and best practices to colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in .NET development with a strong full-stack background.
- Solid working knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Ability to take responsibility for technical requirements and implementation approaches.
- Strong communication skills to consult with colleagues on best practices.
- Self-sufficient work approach within a remote team environment.
- Current residence in the UK is mandatory for the position.
