Overview
The Oracle Data Warehouse Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data warehouse solutions in a hybrid working environment. This role involves collaborating with a leading IT transformation team on a significant government project, requiring an active SC Security Clearance and expertise in Oracle technologies. The developer will primarily work with Oracle Data Integrator and PL/SQL to optimize data processing and support existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle Data Warehouse solutions.
- Implement ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Resolve data, ETL, and reporting issues to ensure system stability.
- Perform RPD repository design and performance tuning.
- Provide production support for existing ODI and Data Warehouse objects.
- Maintain and document standard processes and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team on ongoing development activities.
Requirements
- Active SC Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong skills in PL/SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
- Knowledge of performance tuning for RPD objects and queries is essential.
