Overview
This role as an Oracle Developer involves working as a part of a dynamic team, focusing on the development and configuration of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. Offered initially as a contract for 2-3 months with flexible engagement options, the position allows for potential extensions based on project needs. The successful candidate will utilize their technical skills to enhance the functionality and user experience of customer service platforms, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications to fulfill business requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects to support business processes.
- Develop and implement workflows and automation processes to improve customer service operations.
- Optimize user experience by configuring workspaces, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage data activities, including imports and exports, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration and data-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Support integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Oracle Service Cloud certification is highly desired.
- Proven experience in system development and configuration within Oracle Service Cloud environments.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of data management and integration.
- Ability to obtain DBS clearance if required.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and effective stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in documenting technical designs and development activities.
