Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Developer for an initial contract of 2-3 months, with flexibility for part or full-time candidates. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and enhancing Oracle Service Cloud solutions to effectively support customer service operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions while adhering to best practices and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, and tables to support customer service processes.
- Develop and configure business rules, workflows, and automation processes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and data-related issues to minimize disruptions.
- Support integration efforts between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications.
- Document technical designs and configurations for compliance and future reference.
- Participate in system testing and oversee smooth production deployments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Experience configuring the Oracle Service Cloud platform.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and enterprise integration.
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in Oracle Service Cloud highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain DBS clearance if required.
