Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Consultant to join our team on an initial 3-6 month contract. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate finance localization requirements, focusing specifically on Polish statutory and tax regulations. This role will involve collaboration with technical teams to ensure the successful configuration and delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, supporting localization for both Poland and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate finance localization requirements with business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops covering Polish statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Deliver Poland-specific localization setup, statutory reporting, and tax configuration.
- Support UK localization requirements including Making Tax Digital (MTD) and VAT.
- Collaborate with technical and RICEW teams to define localization-related reports and integrations.
- Own the delivery from requirements through configuration, testing, and business sign-off.
Requirements
- Strong Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experience.
- Proven expertise in localization and tax compliance, particularly within Poland.
- Hands-on configuration experience across Oracle Financials modules.
- Experience working directly with finance, tax, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
