Overview
We are seeking an experienced Order Communications Delivery Programme Manager to support a major healthcare technology programme within the NHS. This role involves collaborating with an established delivery team on the rollout of Order Communications systems, specifically designed to enhance communication and processes between hospitals, clinicians, and diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will engage with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the programme, with a key go-live scheduled for March/April.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Order Communications programme within the NHS.
- Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Manage programme plans, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
- Drive successful implementation and adoption across hospital environments.
- Collaborate with suppliers, delivery teams, and NHS stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.
Requirements
- Proven Programme or Delivery Management experience within the NHS.
- Strong experience delivering Order Communications solutions.
- Track record of leading large-scale healthcare technology implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex digital transformation programmes within clinical environments.
