Overview
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to focus on complex infrastructure challenges within our team. This role involves building reliable systems that support large cloud deployments while enhancing operational resilience. The candidate will collaborate with client teams, implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and apply their strong technical expertise in cloud architecture and container orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate shared infrastructure and internal developer platforms to accelerate delivery.
- Improve existing systems by identifying and addressing platform gaps.
- Utilize modern Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane for infrastructure management.
- Assist client teams in developing effective habits, tooling, and practices for quality and speed.
- Write software to solve infrastructure issues, leveraging programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in coding with languages like Go, Python, or Java.
- Ability to create and maintain scalable and reliable platforms.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies and tooling.
