Product & Account Lead

Overview

The Product & Account Lead will be a key player at Oxford Dynamics, overseeing the management of the biotech account and ensuring successful client relationships and product delivery. This hybrid role combines project management and client interaction, enabling the contractor to influence product priorities and commercial outcomes while collaborating closely with internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Own the Biotech Account by serving as the primary contact for the client and fostering trust throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Set and manage priorities with the client, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Oversee delivery into the account, monitoring fulfillment of commitments and actual product usage.
  • Lead the internal team in managing account delivery, sequencing work, and maintaining project momentum.
  • Translate client insights into actionable product roadmaps and coordinate necessary resources across teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account and drive adoption of the product to increase revenue.
  • Run Agile ceremonies and produce reports for both clients and leadership to track progress and address challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to data handling and quality standards, upholding contractual agreements with vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing AI projects with multiple stakeholders, particularly in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to own a client relationship end to end, with a track record of commercial accountability.
  • Background in biotech, pharma, or life sciences, with an understanding of customer requirements.
  • Experience in translating market needs into product priorities that can be executed by engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with modern AI and software technologies, including LLMs, data pipelines, and frameworks like Python and React.
  • Strong skills in scope and budget management, with experience in project risk and change control.
  • Self-directed and comfortable creating processes in ambiguous situations without predefined guidelines.
