Overview
As an M365 Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting a Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environment. This position involves hands-on administration of various Microsoft 365 services while collaborating closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and technology teams to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of the environment. You will also engage in supporting Azure infrastructure and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Defender.
- Support the security, stability, governance, and continuous improvement of the M365 environment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and act as a senior escalation point.
- Utilize PowerShell and automation to enhance operational processes.
- Monitor service health and respond effectively to incidents and alerts.
- Support BAU operations alongside technology improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Solid experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Defender.
- Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, and hybrid identity.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of security, governance, Conditional Access, and identity management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
