Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the banking sector to oversee multiple banking projects concurrently. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to blend remote work with essential office interactions, primarily focusing on Private Banking and Retail Banking initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple banking projects simultaneously across Private Banking and Retail Banking sectors.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among diverse teams for successful project execution.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to maintain timelines and quality.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and address concerns promptly to enhance collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding status and outcomes.
- Leverage experience to improve banking processes, systems, and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct project post-mortems to capture lessons learned and improve future performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the banking sector.
- Proven track record managing at least five banking projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in Private Banking and Retail Banking operations.
- Experience in managing Debit and Credit Card projects.
- Desirable exposure to Islamic Banking and related accounts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- In-depth understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
