Overview
The Product Lead will be responsible for developing a conversational AI experience that effectively guides customers through their journey on the platform, providing them with expert guidance to improve user engagement without losing them to traditional support methods. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that the product meets regulatory standards while delivering a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversational AI and sales conversations to contribute effectively from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for the AI agent to assist customers.
- Determine behavioral and contextual signals for proactive engagement.
- Apply sales conversation best practices to the AI product.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of the AI's responses.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align with UK regulations.
- Specify agent behavior in detail for engineering implementation.
- Define and manage a testing framework for conversation quality and compliance.
