Overview
We are looking for experienced Programme Managers to oversee and deliver critical programmes in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will plan, execute, and ensure the success of programmes from inception to completion while collaborating with various teams to achieve timely milestones. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of programmes from start to finish.
- Develop and manage detailed programme schedules and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and provide regular programme updates.
- Integrate programme milestones into manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) processes.
- Strong understanding of programme scheduling and cost control methodologies.
