Overview
We are seeking a Supplier Management Lead (Programme Manager) to join a transformative programme in the health sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing supplier governance, performance management, and ensuring effective commercial oversight across a multi-supplier environment. Collaboration with various teams including Procurement and Finance will be essential to provide insights and drive strong value outcomes through optimized supplier management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day supplier management across the programme.
- Establish and manage supplier governance forums and performance reporting.
- Track supplier commitments, deliverables, and commercial obligations.
- Manage Salesforce licensing, usage, and performance.
- Develop forecasting models for license and usage linked to programme growth.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing SaaS spend and resource utilization.
- Support commercial discussions with strategic suppliers through analytical insights.
- Provide clear reporting to programme leadership and governance forums.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in supplier, vendor, or commercial management in technology or transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS commercial models and strategic technology supplier management.
- Proficiency in translating licensing data and usage into financial forecasts.
- Experience in governance processes, KPI tracking, and performance management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with Salesforce licensing and FinOps principles is a plus.
