Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce to lead a significant technology program within a well-established multi-site organization. This contract role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams, facilitating workshops, and translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. The position is focused on driving technology enhancements across multiple regions in the UK and Europe, with a commitment of four days per week on-site.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Map current and future-state processes and analyze cross-functional technology impacts.
- Own standardised user stories, functional designs, and technical hand-offs.
- Influence solution design by collaborating closely with developers and architects.
- Track and report on delivery, quality assurance, and system impact throughout the project.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years at a Senior level in complex technological environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud); certification is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is essential; familiarity with Microsoft Azure SaaS/PaaS is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of measurable impact in previous roles.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results independently and at pace.
