Overview
The Dynamics 365 F&O Delivery Manager will oversee a complex European implementation and migration project from legacy Microsoft Navision (NAV) to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring successful program delivery, from strategy and planning to execution, while integrating various systems and managing change effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end programme delivery, including implementation and decommissioning of legacy NAV systems.
- Lead the integration strategy across D365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Oracle CPQ.
- Drive quote-to-cash transformation to ensure data and process integration.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including ERP/CRM consultants and technical resources.
- Serve as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide governance, reporting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifespan.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementations.
- Strong understanding of legacy Microsoft NAV and data migration processes.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile/Scrum or Microsoft Sure Step methodologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, or D365 CRM integrations is highly desirable.
