Overview
The Technical Programme Manager will oversee and drive a long-term programme focused on Pay As You Go (PAYG) ticketing systems within the transport sector. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, the role requires expertise in payment solutions and complex systems integration, while ensuring effective governance and communication across different organizations. This position involves travel once or twice per week, emphasizing hands-on delivery experience.

- Manage the delivery of PAYG ticketing programmes within the transport sector.
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Oversee the integration of EMV and contactless payment solutions.
- Ensure effective governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise third-party suppliers and delivery partners to meet project objectives.
- Drive strategic planning and execution in complex systems integration.
- Conduct testing processes aligned with payment security standards.
- Utilize strong relationship-building skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
