L&D Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant for a 6-month contract to support a global tech business during a period of long-term sick leave. In this project-focused role, you will manage and drive several key L&D initiatives while building relationships with stakeholders and delivering results with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and proactive, with a strong background in managing L&D projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of a global Facilities Management Training Programme.
  • Review and analyze the current UK Apprenticeship Levy and global learning funding mechanisms.
  • Support the implementation and launch of a new Learning Management System (Docebo).
  • Take ownership of existing L&D projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple workstreams while collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and proactively address risks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering complex L&D projects end-to-end.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Familiarity with learning technology implementations, particularly LMS rollouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Desirable experience with global learning programmes and Apprenticeship Levy funding models.
