Overview
The Elastic Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering sophisticated Search, Security, and Observability solutions for a range of secure customer programs. This consulting-focused position allows you to work directly with clients, helping to shape their technical strategy and lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Elasticsearch solutions. You will engage with a highly experienced consulting team and have opportunities for career progression and ongoing skill development, including Elastic certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Elasticsearch solutions for enterprise clients.
- Support and lead enterprise migration projects involving Elasticsearch.
- Develop and optimize Elasticsearch Query Language (ES|QL) queries.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for solutions delivery.
- Conduct customer workshops and provide technical consultancy.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design activities.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of Elasticsearch implementations.
- Support projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to production deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Elasticsearch and the Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch Query Language (ES|QL).
- Experience in data migration projects and solution design.
- Strong customer-facing consulting experience and stakeholder communication skills.
- Desire to solve complex technical challenges in consulting environments.
- Active SC Clearance is desired but not essential.
- Strong communication skills are preferred.
