Overview
The Programme Manager will lead a high-profile cyber security transformation programme, working at the nexus of technology, risk, and business strategy. This role involves collaborating with various teams including IT, Security, Procurement, and Legal to deliver comprehensive cyber improvements and implement strategic cyber security initiatives. The Programme Manager will also interface with senior leadership to influence decision-making and drive impactful outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end cyber improvement roadmap.
- Coordinate delivery across IT, Security, Procurement, HR, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, and business teams.
- Translate cyber strategy into structured, deliverable plans.
- Drive cross-functional delivery while managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Ensure robust planning, risk management, governance, and reporting of the programme.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale cyber security or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF, UK CAF, and ISO 27001.
- Demonstrated programme management capability in planning and risk management.
- Ability to engage with and influence senior leadership effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an outcome-focused approach.
