Cyber Project Manager

Overview

The Cyber Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions will lead a significant cyber integration project, closely collaborating with the global Chief Information Security Officer. This role involves overseeing remediation initiatives and enhancing the security posture of a prominent global organization, requiring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management efforts for a major cyber M&A initiative.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security enhancements.
  • Engage with senior leadership to maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Interpret and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and map processes effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks across global teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management within cybersecurity or enterprise IT.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive quality assurance.
  • Skilled in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
  • Experience in interpreting performance metrics and management reports.
